RDG
"This has made it possible to find myself in the music again, I am able to be even more concentrated since it's such a physical experience and fucking love it!"
Q&A with RDG about the SUBPAC:
What role does “feeling” play in the music you make and love?
For me, the whole aspect of feeling music is so important to understand the music i create, support and push. It’s physical and it’s a sound that should not only be heard -but rather experienced.
Has the SUBPAC changed the way you create, produce or mix music?
SUBPAC has definitely added some new ways of been able to go deeper into the surgery of the sub bass, as K Man would have explained it!
ABOUT RDG:
Born and raised in the cold northern Danish countryside, RDG was introduced to music from an early age through his father, and spent years as a kid collecting samples, playing with musical toys or listening to records – all of which continue to influence his productions today, through an incredibly vast sample archive and an exhaustive studio setup, both built up over the course of the past two decades.
With his relocation to Copenhagen as a teenager, RDG immediately dove into the underground music scene and heavily involved himself in music production, organised underground raves and put on nights at bars and clubs to further promote local producers, MCs and DJs.
